FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, jointly and-severally, promise

The makers and endorsers of this note further agree to waive notice
of non-payment, p~otest d demand for payment, and in case suit
shall be brought for_t;l~collection hereof or the same shall be
collected upon demand of an attorney, tu pay all expenses of such
col.lection, incZuding a reasonable attorney's fee ~hereon.
This note is secured by a purchase money mortgage of even date
herewith and is to be construed and enforced according to rhe Iaws
of the State of FZorida; upon default in payment of principal and/
or interest due on any note secured by said Mortgage, all notes so
secured and remaining unpaid shall forthwith become due and payable
not withstanding their tenor.
