FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, jointly and severally, promise
to pay to the order of HOMER HOYT and GERTRUDE M. HOYT, his wife,
at 2929 Van Ness Street, N. W., Washington, D. C. 20008, the principal
sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-'I~TO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE AND
13/100's DOLLARS, wiCh interest at the rate of six per cent per annum
from date, interest payable semi-annually. The said principal shall
be payable in annual installments as follows:

No prepayment during calendar y ar f 1972. After calendar year
1972, there shall be no penalty or estrict on against prepayment.
If any installment be not prompt paid wit in 10 days next after
same becomes dt~e, then, at the op 'on of th holder hereof, the
full amount reniaining due ~ thi note sha 1 thereupon become
~ due and payable at once, t geC er th all o her indebtedness
` stipulated in thi note an in he mortgage given to secure the
~ same. -
~ The makers and ndorsers of s note further agree to waive notice
~ of non-payment, protest and demand for payment, and in case suit
shall be brough for the ollection hereof or the same shall be
collected upon mand of n attorney, to pay all expenses of such
collection, incl ding a easonable attorney's fee thereon.
This note is secured by a purchase money mortgage of even date
herewith and is to be construed and enforced according to the laws
of the StaCe of Florida; upon default in payment of principal and/
or interest due on any note secured by said Mortgage, all notes so
secured and remaining,unpaid shall forthwith become due and payable
not withstanding their'tenor.
