SEVENTY-ONE and 75/100 DOLLARS, with interest at the rate of six

E The makers a~id endo sers of this note further agree to waive notice
~ of non-paymen , pr test and demand for payment, and in case suit
~ shall be brou t or the collection hereof or the same shall be
collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay all expenses of such
collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee thereon.
This note is secured by a purchase money mortgage of E~ven date ~ ~
herewith and is to be construed and enforced according to the laws ~
of the State of Florida; upon default in payment of principal and/ ~
or interest due on said note secured by said Mortgage, this note ~
so secured and remaining unpaid shall forthwith become due and
