Before me, tha undersigned authority, personally appea~red ROSS MARIE LIt~IDBERG, ~
who, being first duly sworn. deposes and says that:
l. She is the daughter of Leopold H. Weise and Mary M. Weise who formerly
owned the follaainq described property to-wit:
Lot 21, Block 14. SUNRISE SSTATFS, accordinq to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 75
of the public Records of St. Lucie County. FLorida.
2. That the only lineal decendants of said Leopold H. weise and hary M. ~
Weise are Rose Marie Lindberg, Elsie Gerda, Martha Satmarie and William
Weise.
3. That said Mary M. Weise, Elsie Gerda and Martha Sat~aarie were all single
persons on April 27, 1971 the date they executed that certain Warranty Deed
- conveying the above described property to Edward C. Sullivan and Gladys L.
Sullivan, his wife, which deed is recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida in Official Records Book 192, at page 141.
