Tc,gether with a!! buildings, improvemenis, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erec~ed there- ~
on or placed there;n, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen- !
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventil~ation or
other services, and any oiher thing now or hereafter therei~ or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
