RE: Beginning at a stake 10 chains East of the Southwest
corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township
36 South, Range 40 East, running thence North 10 chains;
thence East 5 chains; thence South 10 chains; thence
West 5 chains to place of beginning, containing 5 acres,
more or less. Excepting therefrom, all easements for
public roads and drainage canals. All situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida.

CHURCH, INC., the aforesaid Trustees solely control all business affairs
and have the sole authority to convey or otherwise encumber the real and ~
