2~~ 3 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the second
mortgage dated the 29th day of April, 1971, made and executed by
Louie E. Cross and. Betty J. Cross, his wife, to Charles W.
Ashbaugh and Patricia A. Ashbaugh, his wife, which second
mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Court of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, in O.R. Book 192, at pages ;

351, 352 and 353, together with the debt thereby secured, is
fully paid, satisfied and discharged, and the property therein ~

described is hereby released from tine lien of said second
mortgage.
