The rights of American Telephone & Telegraph Company, ~ its successors and assigns, under those certain easement agreements ; dated April 11, 1930, and recorded at Deed Book 81, Page 464, and ~ ! dated August 23, 1929, and recorded at Deed Book 81, Page 155, f -as such rights have been defined by instrument dated November 17, 1954, and recorded November 26, 1954, at~Deed Book 195, Page 501, ~ 1 a and limited by instrument dated May 6, 1958, and recorded June 9, ~ ~ i 1958, at Deed Book 238, Page 25Z, all references being to the Public ; Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
