his wife, by Warranty Deed dated October 1, 1954, recarded in Deed Book
194 at Page 355, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further
excepting therefrom easements for public roads and electric transmission
and distribution lines. ~
PARCEL 2: All of the South 165 feet of the North 1378.5 feet of the East
1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 40 East lying
West of the new U.S. Highway #1, except for the North 70.45 feet thereof
sold to H.W. Kendall et ux, on May 7, 1954, and recorded in Deed Book 191
at Page 77 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Floricla, and further
excepting that portion sold to Paul E. Eviston, et ux, on October 1, 1954,
and recorded in Deed Book 194, Paqe 355 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, FZorida, and excepting therefrom easements for public roads and
