MISCELLANEOUS ~

All notices under this A~reement shal.l be in writin~ and shall be „
given to the Partners entitled thereto by personal service or by certi-
fied or re~3stered mail, return receipt requested, to the address set
forth in this A~reement for such Partner or at such other address as
he may specify in t?~riting.
Para~raph titles or captions contained in this Agreernent are in-
serted only as a matter o1' convenience and for reference and in no way
define, limit, extend or describe the scope of this A~reement or the
intent of any provision hereof. ;

Whenever the singular number 1s used in this A~xeement and when
required by the context, the same shall include the plural, and the
mascul3ne ~ender shall include the feminine and neuter genders. -
This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, and all
so executed shall constitute one a~:reement, binding on all of the
parties hereto, notw3thstandin~ that all the parties are not signatory
to the orig3.na1 or the same counterpart.
The terms and provisions of this Agreement shall b e binding upon
and inure to the b enefit of the successors ancl assi~ns o~ the respective ;
Partners.

This Agreernent and all amendments hereof shall b e governed by the ~
laws of the State of Florida. i
