1. When~ver GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C~RPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy
ihe undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned troiri time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state of
appearanoe and repair consistent with the general appearcmce ~d state of repair of other properties
witliin the immediate vicinity, ihe undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set {orth in sarid notice within 15 dc~ys atfter receipt oi same.
2. I[ ihe undersigned shall fail or reluse to accomplish the required repairs or mairitencmce,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd t~rough its duty auihorized agents may come upon the premises !or t};e purpose ot doing
the ne~_-essary woric. Provided, however, that such work sha!! be limifed b lawn tmd yard maintenance

3. As to euiy cosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
