Ketchem Insurance Trust Dated January 21, 1967 (hereafter called "Trust Agreement"); and • WHEREAS, the assets of the James R. Ketchem Insurance T=ust dated January 21, 1967 include the real estate in St. Lucie County, Florida as hereinafter described; and . WHEREAS, the Trustee is unable to act as trustee with respect to the above described real estate under the latas of the State of Florida; and WHEREAS, paragraph 6.18 of ARTICLE SIX of the Trust Agreement provides: "6.18 If the trustee is unable to act as trustee with respect to any real estate located outside the State of Illinois it may appoint another individual or corporation to act as trustee with respect to such ~ ' • property, without order of court. Such appoznted trustee shall have all the powers and discretions ~i with respect to such property as are herein aiven to the appointing trustee with respsct to the re- maining trust asssts. The appointing trustee may r~- - move such appointed trustee and apnoint another unon ten (10) days' notice in writing. I~ such property is sold, exchanged or otherwise disposed of, the proceeds ther,eof shall be remitted to the a;opointing trustee to be held and administered by it as trustee hereunder. Such appointed trustee may employ the . appointing trustee as agent in the administration of such property. No surety shall be required on the bond of any trustee or agent acting under the provisions of this paragraph. No periodic court accounting shall be required of ~uch appointed trustee, -it being my intention to excuse any statutory accouating which may ordinarily be rsquired. Such appointec~ trustee shall, however, send semiannual statements to the beneficiaries and to the appointing trustee. ~ NOW, THEREFORE, The Trustee, Harris Trust and Savings ! ~ ~ Bank, hereby appoints John S.
