A parcel of land being part of Sections 33 and 34, Township
34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows:
From the Southwest corner of Section 34, Township -
34 South, Range 40 East, run south 89°40' East,
along a Zine between Townships 34 South and 35 South
128.39 feet to the easterly right of way line of
U. S. Highway No. 1, thence North 26°59' West, along
the Easterly right of way line of U. S. Highway No. l,
421.34 feet to the intersection of the North line of
State Road A-1-A, and the~point of the beginning of
the lands herein described: fram said point of
beginning conti.nue North 26°59` West, along the
easterly right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1,
329.97 feet; thence South 89°42' East, 229.89 feet; ,
thence South 89°40' East, 283.65 feet to the westerly
right of way line of the Old Dixie Highway; thence
, south 23°3S' East along the westerly right of way
line of Old Dixie Highway, 296.4 feet to the North
right of way line of State Road A-1-A; thence South
87°45' West,along the North right of way line ot

beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the following described property:
Beginning at the point of intersection fornied by the ~
