line of Torpey Road 270 feet West of the Indian River; thence
West along the said South right rof -way line of Torpey Road a
distance of 60 feet to point of beginning, all of said property lying
and being in Government Lot 2, Section 21, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
t hereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Trustees, their
successors and assigns, in as full and ample manner as the same was
possessed or enjoyed by the said GEORGE A. MITCHELL, deceased, in
\ his lifetime.
