of the County of St . Lucie , State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal represer?tatives, and assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, o~ involuntarily by ope~ation of law and shal! denote ihe
singular and/or plural, and the mascul+ne and'or feminine and the natu~al and/or artificial pe~sons, whenever and
wherever the context so requires or admits, as parties of the fi~st part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAI SAVINGS AND IOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which te~m as used in every instance shall inctude the Mortgagee's successors, legal represe~ta-
tives, and assigns, as parry of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the agg~egate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter deuribed, the Mortgagor dces grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgago~ is now seized and possessed, and i~ actual possession, situate in the County of
St. LLiCie . State of Florida, tawit:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 4, BENJ. HOGG SUBDIVISION, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 19, St. Lucie County, Florida
Public Records, run thence South along the East line of said
Lot No. 4, 96.8 feet, thence West, parallel to the North line of
said Lot 4, to the East right-of-way of Ridgehaven Road (Old U.
S. #1); thence northwesterly along the East right-of-way line of
said highway, to the North line of said Lot 4, of BENJ. HOGG SUB-
DIVISION; thence East along the North line of said Lot 4, 155.3
feet to the point of beginning, and being situated in Section 28,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and afi rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises alt of which are included
~ within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
~ cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
~ and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
_ may be detached or detachable.
~ IT IS P.~UTUALLY COVENANTEO AND AGREED by and betwee~ the pa?t~es hereto thai uF~n request of the Morr-
gago?, the Mor!yagee may hereafter, at its opt~on, at anyt~me w~thin twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore full payment of th~s mortgage and notes secured he~eby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by th~s morrgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
~ unpaid, and the rotal amount of indebtedness that may be secured by rh~s mortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one t~me shall not exceed the max~m~m pnncipal sum of
S__ 24~Q40~ 40 together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the
payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property covered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse-
ments at the rate specified in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attorney's fees and court cosis
incurred in the colledion of any or all of such sums of money.
