If any one or all of the aforesai~ nayments remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more, then the MORTGAGEE can at itS option, without further notice declare the balance due under this mortgage due and payable in full at once and forthwith place the matter in the hands of an attorney for collrction or enforcement.
