The undersigned,.~nder oath, say that they are engaged
in a business enterprise under the fictitious name of "LAKESIDE
M08ILE HOME SALES" arid their principal place of business is
located at 202 South Indian River Drive in the City of Fort
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
Those interested in said enterprise, and the extent of
the interest of each is as follows:
