ADMINISTRATORS' DEED
THIS DEED, Made and entered into this llth day of September,
1972, between BARBARA FREW GABETTIE and CAt.VIN B. BROWN, the
duly constituted Co-Administrators of the Estate of ~~ERONICA I. FREW,
decease~l, late of St. Lucie County, Florida, as parties of the first part,
and MITTEE ROSS and GC~LDIE ROSS, his ~vife, whose mailing address

That on the 29th dav of August , 1972, upon the Petition

Judge in and for said County, granted to the parties of the first part, leave
to sell certain real estate of the said VERONICA I. FREW, deceased, for
the purpose of paying debts and making distribution;
NOW TH ER EFOR E, in consideration of the foregoing and in further

part, their heirs and assigns, in as full and ample manner as the same was
