poration, existing under the laws of the State of Rlorida, hereby un-
conditionally releases Theodore A. Bikenberg and Franczs N. Bikenberg,
Customer, from those certain Assignments of Rents and Agreements Not
to Transfer or Sncumber Real Property, given to Pyramid, Corp., Dealer,
dated February 9, 1962, and Rebruary 6, 1962, respectively, and re-
corded in O. R. Books 30 and 32, at pages 497 and 384, respectively,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and assigned to
Universal C.I.T. Credit Corporation on February 19, 1962. That the
said Universal C.I.T. CYedit CoYporation is the ovmer and holder of
