KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Abraham
Haya and Esperance Haya, his wife dated February 28, 19~2 , and recorded
~n the public records of St . Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 200 on page
541 , securing the payme~t of the sum of '
