Comnencing at the most Northerly corner of Lot 2 of said Biock 33;
thence run Southwesterly 500 feet along the Northwesterly boundary
of said Block 33, being along the arc of a circular curve to the
ieft having a radius of 2,72b.59 feet, through a central angle of 10°
30'25" to the point of beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter
described; thence continue along the arc of said curve 8.92 feet, through
