ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That HOYT C. MURPHY
REALTY, INC., a Florida corporation, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of $600 .00 , lawful money of the
United States, to it in hand paid by JOHN M. YARBROUGH, party
of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged,
has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set
over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign,
