WHEREAS, differences have arisen between the parties and ~
all attempts at reconciliation have failed and the parties are now
living separate and apart, and .
' WHEREAS, the parties desir~ to enter into an agreement
under which they may ever live separate au~d apart and under which
provisions for the maintenance and siipport for the Wife and ~ild
shall be made and whereby all claims and demands of any nature what--

i soever of either party against the other or the other's property,

including those enumerated in thi s Agreement , may be settled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1, Hereafter the parties shall live separate and apart,
each free from the interference, authority and control of the other
in all respects, as if unmarried.
2. The parties agree to retain in their joint names the
