use of said residence and that she shall be solely responsible for
the payment of all utility bills as well as the mortgage payments
and taxes. The Husband agrees to be responsible for the payment
of liability insurance and all maintenance costs. In the event
the residence is rented, the net proceeds shall be divided equally
between the parties. In the event the residence is sold, the net
proceeds shall be divided equally, after reimbursement has been made
to each of the parties for all payments of taxes and insurance and ~
mortgage payments made from the date of this agreement to the date
of sale .
