distributee, surviving next of kin or otherwise in or to the property
of the other pexson.
13. Either party may sue for absolute divorce from the
other because of any fault on the other's part. If either party
commences an action for divorce, this Agreement shall be offered in
evidence in said action a?nd, if acceptable to the Court, shall be
incorporated in the final decree which may be granted therein.
14. Each party shall take all steps and execute and de-
liver to the other party all instruments or papers reasonably required
to give full force and effect to the provisions of thi.s Agreement.
15. This Agreement constitutes the entire undezstanding
of the parties. It supersedes any prior agreements between them.
There are no representations other than those set forth herein. This
Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, execu tors, administrators,
successors and assigns of eacr~ of the parties hereto.
16. The parties respectively acknowledge that each under-
stands this Agreement, has had the benefit of independent counsel,
and is signing same freely and voluntarily.
