WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerafions, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of eve~ date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described ~

TOGETHER with all strudures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits acuuing and to accrue f~om said premises all of which are included
within the foregoi~g description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures ;
x and appurtenances, which now or may hereaher pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they ~

IT IS I,AUTUALLY COVENANTEO AND AGREEO by and between the pa?ties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its aption, at anyt~me within twenty (20) years from the date he~eof and be-
~ fore full payment of this mortgage a~d no~es secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
~ fuither advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amou~t of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time ,
to time, but the total unpaid balence so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum princ~pal sum of j
