FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath the one.lot that I own in
Sebring Lakes Estates in Sebring, Florida, which I may own at the
time of my death unto Donald Erickson and his wife, Stella ~
Erickson, or the surv'rvor of them, who presently reside at 241 NW
36th Street, Pompono Beach, Florida. -
. SIXTH: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) unto my beloved godcliild, Nancy Ann Vanderbend,
daughter of Dick Vanderbend and Margaret Ann Vanderbend, who
j presently reside at 22~ Masters Drive, St. Augustine, Florida.
; SEVII~TTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue

~ and remainder of my estate both real, personal or mixed and where-

` soever located or situated including any items of real estate or
personal property heretofore specifically bequeath and devised
which may lapse by reason of the legatee or devisee predeceasing
me to the following named persons and in shares as hereinafter
devised as follows, to-wit:
One-seventh (1/7th) share unto Barbara ~1nn Myers Leichty,
daughter of Leron Myers and Agnes Myers, who present-
ly reside at Route 1, Madison Road, Burlington, Iowa.
One-seventh (1/7th) share unto IIeverly F1nn Adams Taylor
and Melva Marie Boyer, daughters of Marie Walker,
who presently resides at 2620 Bowdoin Street, Des
Moines, Iowa.
