not required to furnish bond for the faithful performance of her

duties and I do hereby confer upon said Marie Walker as executor o
my Qstate full power and authority to sell and convey any and all
of my property including real estate wheresoever situated without
any formal order of Court and also grant unto said executor full ~
power to make division of my property and estate between the bene-
ficiaries in accordance ~ith the directions herein given in this,
my Last Will and Testament.
