died July 20~ 1971, leaving her last will and testament, whicli ~aas

duly admitted to probate and recorded in this court on F

~ entitled to letters testamentary thereon and she has~taken the pre-
scribed oath and desi~nated her resident apent as required by law and
has performed all other acts necessary to her legal qualifications as
such executrix; ~ i

Now, therefore, I, Seymour H. Row2and~ county judge in and for
the county aforesaid, by virtue of the power and authority by law in me
vested, do heYeby declare the said ~iarie ~ti'alker to bs duly qualifisd
under the laws o~ the state of Florida to act as executrix of said last '
will and testament, with full power to administer according to law, und er ~
tha terms of said will, all of the property of said Ann R. Erickson; to
ask, demand, sue for, recover, and receive the same; to pay the debts of
said deceased so far as the assets of said estate will permit and the law
