General Development Corporation dirsct to said purchaser and to
pay the expenses of said sale out of the proceeds~ including but
not restricted to the balance due Gensral Dev~lopment Corporation
on Lot 14 in the amount of ~122.95 as o~ April 13, 1972~ plus any
~ accrued costs , ths broker's commiss ion in tlie amour~t o f ~ 500 .00 ~
cost of title insurance~ and stamps on deQd; snd the Court being
fully advised in the premisss upon consideration, it is
ORDERED that rtARIE iVALKER as executrix of the Estate of
ANN R. ERICKSON, deceased, be ~ and slie l~ereby is~ authorized and
directed to sell and convey the above-described lots to MiF.DL'0 COLITTI~
and to convey said Lot 15 to said purchassr and to havP the said
General Development Corporation conve}? said Lot ].4 direct to said
purchaser, and to ex~cute a quitclaim deed to said purchaser releasing
- and assigning said interest in szid contract cov~ring said Lot 14 to
said purchaser, and to pay the costs in connec~ion with said sale
f~om the proceeds of sai.d sale. ~
