(G) The lot ~~•hirh i. the sul~ject matter of this contract is restricted to .use as a parking place for
recreationRl rehicle unit., and as indicated aforesaid. entitles the Purchaser to membership in a condominium
a:.oriltion, thereb~• p.u•ticip,~ting in the oW nership of certain common use properties. including. but not limited
to, s~?•immiug pools. l,ath houses, tennis courts. shufiieboard courts and other recreational facilities, all as
c~escri~eci in the Uecl.u•ation of Condominium. The Owner shall also own a proportionate undivided interest in
certain common elementc, including a~•ater distribution system~ sewerage collection system. electrical dis~ri-
Uution system ancl streets and pathways ~sithin the condominium property. The actual cost of operation of the
co~idominium associ~?tion~ such as garUage collection~ payment of utilities and insurance and general maintenance
ai•e included in the expenses for ~vhich right of assess nt is gra ted to the condominium association against
each lot owner. The imaro~ ements to be constructed by wr~ a progressive schedule and will be completely

The Owner by its execution of tli a~r t~rft~ ac no~ed s that it has furnished the Purchaser a oopy
of the I)eclaration of Condominium, and the Purchaser. by hi e ution of the same~ acknowledges that he has
examineci and has read the same and is familiar with the contents thereof~ including all limitations as to use
~~i his lot. together with the rights and liabilities incurred as a result of his membership in the Association.
The Purchaser conclusively acknowledges that he is not using and does not expect to use the lot as his
pi•incipal residence as referred to in the Consumer Credit Protection Act and in the regulations thereunder.
(7) The Purchaser by the execution of this agreement acknowledges receipt of the delivery and the
opportunity to examine the Florida Public Offering Statement.
(8) The Purchaser H arrants and represents that he has rexd and understands the provisions of this
agreement and that he has familiarized himself with the basic restrictions~ covenants and conditions affecting the
unit above descriUed and ali other units in said condominium and further warrants and represents that he will
comply with the same as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium at all times hereafter. 1'he Purchaser
further warrants that the lot is not intended to be used for his principal residence.
(9) The Purchaser has the option to void the contract or agreement if he does not receive this property
report prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Office of Interstate Land Sales R.egistration~ U. S.
Department of Housing and UrUan Development, in advance of, or at the time of. his signing the contract or
agreement. The Purchaser has the right to revoke the contract or agreement within 48 hovrs after signing the
contract or agreement if he did not receive the property report at least 48 hours before signing the contract or
agreement. This revocation authority shall not apply in the ca.se of a buyer who (1) has receiver~ the property rc~
port and inspected the lot to be purchased or leased in advance of signing the contract or agreement, and (2)
acknowledges by his signature that he has made such inspection and has read and understood such report.
