this mortgage or any other collateral vhich say be held by SMA vithout in any
manner affecting the liabilitq of the MortQagor. any andorsers of the indebted-
ness hereby secured or any other person for the paysent of said indebtedness,
together with intereat and any other aums which maq be due and payab2e to SyA , ;
and also vithaut in any maaner affecting or 3mpalrin; the liea of this Mortgage
and it is also underatood and agreed Lhat SMA may at any time, without notice
to any person, release any portion of the property described in this Mortgage
or any other collateral, or any portion of any other collateral which may be
held as security for the paynent of the indebtednese hereby secured, either f
with or without any consideration for such release or releases, vithout in any ~
manner affecting the liability of the Nortgagor, all e~dorsers, 3f any, and a21
other persons who are or sha11 be lisble for the payment of said indebtedness, ~
and xithout affecting, disturbing or impairing in any manner whatsoever the
validity and priority of the lien of this Mortgage for the full amount of the
indebtedness ranaining unpaid, together with all interest and advances which
shall become payable, upon the entire remainder of the mortgaged property which
is unreleased, and without in any manner affecting or impairing to any extent
whatsoever any a~ all other collateral security Which may be held by SiNA.
It is distinctly understood and agreed by the Mortgagor and SMA that any release
or releases may be made by SMA without the consent or approval of any other
person or persons vhomsoever. ,
28. In the event this 2~lortgage is a construction mortgage, each of the terms,
covenants and conditions of the construction loan agreeaent executed in connection
with the execution of this Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said construction
loan agreesent Were repeated herein in extenso.
29. Hortgagor covenants and agrees that he will de2lver to the Mortgagee every five
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned premises is free `
from termites. ~
30. In the event this is a mortgage on an apartment in a condominium together aith
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the mortgagor to pay any assessments z
required to be paid pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium or to otherwise i
comply with any of the terms, covenants or conditions of said Declaration of
Condominium shall constitute a default under thfs mortgage and the mortgagee may,
at its option, itmaediateZy or thereafter declare the indebtedness sECUred hereby
due ancl payab2e.
