his wife, of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and CHARLES J. LONG and MARY HELEN LONG, his
wife, whose address is 2593 Ramsbury Road, Troy, Michigan 48084,
of the County of Oakland and State of Michigan, parties of the
second part;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, parties of the first part own and have title to
the following described parcel of land;
PARCEL A .
Beginning at the S.W. corner of the North 1042 ft.
of Gov't. Lot 4, Section 25, Township 37 South,
Range 40 East, thence run North 00° O1' 00" West,
along the west of Gov't. Lot 4, a distance of 100
ft., thence run North 89° 29' 00" East, a distance
of 325 ft., thence run North 51° 34' 00" East, a
distance of 597.46 ft, to the waters of the North
Fork of the St. Lucie River; thence meander said
waters southeasterly 450 ft., more or less, to the
point of intersection with a line that bears North ;
89° 31' 30" East from the point of beginning; thence ~
; run South 89° 31' 30" West, along the lastly said
j line, a distance of 920.96 ft, to the point of
' beginning.
WHEREAS, parties of the second part own and have title to
the following described parcel of land;

East, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida.

WHEREAS, said properties are adjacent to each other so -
that the South line of Parcel A. forms the North line of Parcel B.,

f WI~REAS, the parties hereto in consideration of the sum
D of ONE ($1.00) DOLI~R each in hand paid to the other, the receipts
~ of which are hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell and con-
vey to each other, their heirs and assigns, a certain perpetual
~ easement for ingress and egress over parcels of land above des-
cribed as Parcel A, and Parcel B., said easement more particularly _
