27. It is underetood aad agreed that SMA say at any tiae, without notice to any
person, grant to the tiortgagor any iudulgence~ or forbearance, or any extension
of time for the payaent of any indebtednes• •acured hereby, or allow any change

or any other collateral, or any portion of any other collateral which may be
held as security for the paynent of the indabtednes~ hereby secured, either
with ox without any consideration for such release or releases, ~rithout in any
manner affecting the liability of the tbrtgagor, all endorsers, if any, and all
other persons who are or shall be liable for the payment of said indebtedness,
and without affecting, disturbing or impairing in any manaer whatsoever the
validity and priority of the lien of this Mortgage for the full amount of the
indebtedness renaining unpaid, together with all interest and advances which
shall become payable, upon the entire re~nainder of the mortgaged property which
is unreleased, and without in any manner affecting or impairing to any extent ;
whatsoever any and all other collateral security which may be held by S~p.
It is distinctly understood and agreed by the Mortgagor and SMA that any release
or releases may be made by SMA vithout the consent or approval of any other
person or persons whomsoever.
28. In the event this Nortgage is a construction mortgage, each of the terms, ~
covenants and conditions of the construction loan agreeaent executed in connection
~rith the executiQn of this Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said construction
loan agreenent were repeated herein in extenso.
29. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he will deliver to the Mortgagee every five
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned premises is free
from termites.
30. In [he event this is a mortgage on an apartment in a condaminium together with
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the mortgagor to pay any assessments
required to be paid purauant to the Declaration of Cotdominium or to otherwise
comply with any of the terms, covenants ar conditiona of eaid Declaration of
Condominium shall constitute a default under this mortgage and the mortgagee may,
at its option, i.~ediately or thereafter declare the it?debtedness s~cured hereby
due and payable. ;
