WARRANTY DEED

THIg WARRANTY DEED made this ~ day of j
1972, by and between JACK C. MASSEY, as Trustee and Ind idually, , ~
and ALYNE Q. MASSEY, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to M. & W..LAND, INC., a Tennessee Corporat'ion, with its
permanent postoffice address at 915 East Ocean Boulevard, Stuart,
Florida, 33494, hereinafter called the Grantee;

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, JACK C. MASSEY, Trustee, has heretofore taken
title to the lands hereinafter described as Trustee for the Grantee,
M. & W. LAND, INC., a Tennessee Corporation, at the request of and
for the convenience of said Grantee, and
WHEREAS, the Grantee as such beneficiary has requested the
conveyance of the legal title to said lands to it, and
WHEREAS, all necessary State Documentary Stamp Taxes and
Surtax Stamps have been paid at the time title was vested in the
Grantor herein as Trustee, -
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) ~
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, receipt whereof =

is hereby acknowledged, the Grantee does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that
certain lands in Martin and St. Lucie Counties, Florida, as described `
in Schedule "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. ~

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur- ~
i tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

~ TO I-iP?VE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

~ AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that 1
the~Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the ~
Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said ~
land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land ~
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons ~
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except ;
taxes accruing.subsequent to December 31, 1971. >
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set
their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
