Section 11, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, together with littoral
rights lying between the lands of E. R. Ensey and the Atlantic
Ocean as in Deed Book 96, page 401, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records.
Subject to Mortgage from Earl H. Thiele and Henry C. Thiele, to
Anna L. Krohne, as Trustee, dated September 29, 1969, and recorded
in Official Records Book 180, page 1919, and assigned to Martin
Slifka, Trustee, by Assignment of Mortgage dated August 6, 1971,
filed August 16, 1971, and recorded in Official Records Book 194,
page 2383, St. Lucie~County, Florida, public records, which Grantee
assumes and agrees to pay. .

of assumes and agrees to pay, that certain Mortgage dated November
12, 1971, from William H. Watson, as Trustee, to A. H. Jacobson Co.,
a Minnesota Corporation, recorded in Official Records Book 197, page
349 and rerecorded in Official Records Book 197, page 1928, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public reco~ds.
