of St. Lucie County, Florida); thence a~ ntinue to run South 73°
45' 00" West and along said South property line of Nettles Island
Project, a distancecf 1030.34 feet, more or less, to the waters
of the Indian River; thence along-said waters run South 45° 02' 23"
East, a distance of 338.67 feet, more or less, to the point of inter-
section with a line which bears South 81° SS' S2" West from the Point
of Beginning; thence run North 81° 55' S2" East along lastly said
line a distance of 927.16 feet, more or less to the Point of Beginnin g~
Less and Excepting right-of-way of State Road A-1-A.
Together with such riparian and littoral rights as may appertain
thereto.
This deed is given subject to and the Grantee by the acceptance hereof
. assumes and agrees to pay that certain Purchase Money Mortgage en-
, cumbering Parcel (b) hereinabove described given by Philip Weiner,
Individually and as Trustee, to Doyle Rogers, as Trustee, dated
v April 12, 1971, and recorded in Gfficial Records Book 191, page
2284, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, in the prin~al ;
sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand ($270,000.00) Dollars.
