Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, in:luding a!! apparatus, equipment, fixt~res or articles, whether.in s~ngte un~ts or cen- #
trally controlled, ~sed to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, vent~;:at;on or ~
other services, and any other thing now or h~reafter therein or fhereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
