TNIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the2~th day of Sept.
-~Augt~+st, A.D. 1972, by NEW ENGLAND OYSTER HOUSE~ FORT PI~RCE,
INC., a Florida corporation, whose post office address is
768 East Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania, Florida, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to CNARLES LARSEN, JR., whose post office
address is Watson Clinic, Lakeland, Florida, hereinafter
called the Grantee;

That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
