1. TERM. The term and duration af this lease shall be

The Lessee may at the expiration of the original term of this ~
lease renew same for an additional term of ten (10) years ~

beginning September 28, 1992, and ending September 27, 2002, ~

on the same terms and for the same rental as is provided herein ~
for the original term of this lease, except as the same may be ~
modified by the rental adjustment provisions set forth in Article ~

it being understood and agreed that the lease shall be ~

at least six (6) months prior to the commencement of said term
the Lessee notifies the Lessor in writing that the lease will
not be renewed for the next ensuing term.
2. POSSESSION. Possession shall be delivered to the
Lessee on the commencement date of this lease, and the ;
