property shall be redeliverea by the Lessee to the Lessor.
3. RENTAL. The Lessee hereby covenants with the Lessor
that it witl pay to the Lessor, at such place as the Lessor may
designate in writing rrom time to time, the following sums of
money as rent for the use of the leased premises:
A. The Lessee agrees to pay to the Lessor for the
use of the demised premises during the term of this lease
annual rental of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($23,500.00)
DOLLARS payable in equal monthly installments in advance
on the 28thday of each month during the term of this lease
commencing September 28, 1972 ~ .
B. It is understood and agreed that the rental ~
to be paid to the Lessor is a ne~ rental as hereinafter set ~

forth in detail, and that all taxes, assessments, utilities, j
insurance premiums, maintenance, and other expenses of ~
the property are to be paid by Lessee, provided, however,
that a13 gay~er_t~ on the mortgage held by St. Lucie County ~
Bank recorded in O.R. Book 180, page 1899, St. Lucie County
~ Records, mortgage held by Mary Patrica Blankenheim recorded
~ in O.R. Book 180, page 1906, Sz. Lucie County Records, and

~ on any mortgage hereafter given by Lessor upon the demised +
property shall be the obligations of Lessor and shall be
paid by Lessor, and Lessee shall not be liable for the indebtedness
of any of said mortgages or any part thereof.
4. PERIODIC ADJUSTMENT OF RENTAL - COST OF LIVING INDEX.

It is agreed by the Lessor and Lessee that the annual rental ~
