calendar year in which this lease is executed.
25. PERSONAL PROPERTY OF LESSOR. In addition to the
real estate described above, this lease also covers the
personal property listed in Schedule "A" hereof.
Lessee agrees to keep the personal property in a-$ood
state of repair and subject to the provisions stated hereinafter ~

to return it ta Lessor at the termination of this lease in
the same condition it is in on the date hereof, reasonable
wear and tear excepted.
If any item or items of personal property become worn out
or obsolete or if any item~ceases to be useful to Lessee in
the operation of its business on the demised premises Lessee
shall notify Lessor and Lessor shall have fifteen (15) days {
within which to remove the ztem or items from the premises.
If Lessor fails to remove any such item or items from the ;
premises within said fifteen (15) day period Lessee is author-
ized to sell, discard, or otherwise dispose of such item or
items in any manner Lessee sees fit.
2b. INSURANCE ON LESSOR'S PERSONAL PROPERTY. Lessee
agrees to keep Lessor's personal property while it is located
on the demised premises, insured against fire or other casualty
in an amount equal to the reasonable value of said persona2
property and in the event of a loss which is covered by
insurance, Lessee agrees to replace any items which are

damaged or destroyed with items of equal or greater value. `
If after replacing items damaged or destroyed by fire or
other casualty any insurance proceeds remain, said proceeds ~

shall belong to Lessee. +

27. GENDER. It is understood and agreed by and between :

the parties that the use herein of the plural shall include
the singular, and the use of the singular shall include the ;
