together with lntereat and any other sums which maq be due and payable to SMA ,
and also without in any manner affecting or impairin~; the lien of this Mortgage
and it is also understood and agreed that S~ may at any time, vithout notice
to any person, release any portion of the property deecribed in this l~brtgage
or any other collateral, or any portion of any other collateral which may be
held as security for the paysent of the indebtedness hereby secured, either
with or without any consideration for-such release or releases, ~rithout in any
manner affecting the liability of the Mortgagor, all endoraers, if any, and all
other persons who are or shall be liable for the payment of said indebtedness,
and vithout aff ecting, disturbing or impairing in anq manner whatsoever the
validity and priority of the lien of this Mortgage for the full amount of the
indebtedness renaining unpaid, together with all interest and advances which
shsll become payable, upon the entire re~oainder of the mortgaged property which
is unreleased, and without in any manner affecting or impairing to any e~ctent
vhatsoever any and all other collateral security Which may be held by SMA•
It is distinctly understood and agreed by the l~rtgagor and SMA that any release
or releases may be made by SMA~rithout the consent or approval of any other
person or persons whomsoever.
28. In the event this liortgage is a construction mortgage, each of the terms,
covenants and conditions of the construction loan agreeinent executed in connection
with the execution of Xhis Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said construction
loan agre~nent were repeated herein in extenao.
29. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he vill deliver to the Hortgagee every five
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned pr~nises is free
from termites.
30. In the event this is a mortgage on an apartment in a condominium together with
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the mortgagor to pay any assessments
required to be paid purauant to the Declaration of Condominium or to otherwise
comply with any of the terms, covenaqts or conditions of said Declaration of
Condominium shall constitute a default uuder this mortgage and the mortgagee may,
at its option, i~ediately or thereafter declare the indebtedness s~cured hereby
due and payable.
