AGREEMENT FOR DEED

This Agreement, made this ~~~7~~ay of 1972, ~

by and between EARL L. JOHNS and FAYMA JOHNS, his wife, of Lake ;
County, Florida, parties of the first part, and CLIFFORD ROYER and
DIANN ROYER, his wife, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH: ;
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part
to be performed, the said parties of the first part hereby covenant
and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the second part,
or their heirs or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances
whatever, by good and sufficient Warranty Deed of conveyance, the
lots, pieces, or parcel of ground situated in the County of St. Lucie,
and State of Florida, known and described as follows:
The North 25 feet of Lot b, and all of Lot 7, Block 9,
of ST. JAMES PARK SUBDIVISTON, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 5, at page 58, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to a reservation for utility and drainage over ,
the Easterly 8 feet of the above-described premises. ~

TOGETHER with CBS home, including built-in range,
refrigerator and drapes.
And the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and
agree to pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of EIGHTEEN
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED and NO/100 Dollars ($18,400.00) to be paid as
folZows: $300.00 upon execution of this contract, the receipt of which
