LEASE AGREEMENT .
No. 2615
WHEREAS, State of Florida Board of Trustees of the
Internal Improvement Trust Fund holds title to certain lands and
property being utilized by the State of Florida for public pur-
poses, and

WHEREAS, State of Florida Board of Trustees of the ~ f
Internal Improvement Trust Fund is directed and authorized in ~
Section 253.,03, Florida Statutes, to enter into leases for the
use, benefit and possession of public lands by State agencies :
w;~ich may properly use and possess them for the benefit of the :
State;
~ NOW, THEREFORE, this agreement made between STATE OF :
FLORTDA BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND
as LESSOR, and STATE OF FLORTDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, as
LESSEE,
WITNESSETH: '
The parties, for and in consideration of mutual covenants
and agreements hereinafter contained, hereby covenant and agree as _
follows:
1. The lessor does hereby lease to the lessee the fol- ;
s
lowing described premises in the County of St. Lucie , State `
of Florida, together with the improvements thereon:
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1, thence South
on said lot line 330 feet; thence East across Lots ;
1, 2, 3 and 4, to the East lot line of Lot 4, thence
North on said lot line 330 feet to North end of Lot 4,
thence West across and following the North end lines
of Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1 to the point of beginning, con-
taining in all 10 acres, more or less, in J. I. Kellems
Subdivision of the NW~, of Section 34, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, according to St. Lucie County records; ~
the above be3ng a parcel of land 330 feet in width
from North to South and 1320 feet long from East to
West; and ~
Star ing at the NW corner of Lot 1, thence 330 feet South
on 1 line to the point of beginning, thence East across
Lots 1, 2, 4 and 3 to East lot line of Lot 4, thence South
