THIS INDEhTURE made this 26th day of September, A. D., 1972, between
VIRGINIA TONEY MCSURLEY, a widow, the unremarried spouse of H. M. MCSURLEY,
Deceased, of the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, party of the
first part, and S S& O, INC., a corporation existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considera-
tions, in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed,
and by these presents does remise, release, and quitclaim unto the said
party of the second part all the right, title, interest claim and demand
which the said party of the first part has in and to the following
described parcels of land, situate lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
PARCEL I: The North 775 feet of the South 800 feet of the East 579
fezt of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 34 South, Range
40 East;
PARCEL II: All that part of the North 775 feet of the South
800 feet of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, lying West of the right of way of U. S. Highway No. 1;

' This Deed is executed and delivered in compliance with an Order

authorizing sale of the above described property entered by the
Court of the County Judge, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
in re Estate of H. M. MCSURLEY, deceased, Case No. 72-14,
~ which said Order is dated August 17, 1972.
