~ PARTIAL RELEASE ~~~V~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; WHEREAS Tropicana Products, Inc.,
a Florida corporation and North Canal Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation,
and Ten Mile Creek Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation, and Bernard A. Fgan
of Vero Beach, Florida; David D. Oliver, Jr., of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida;
Charles M. Campbell of Okeechobee, Florida, and Harvey Carnes of Okeechobee,
Florida entered into a certain Loan Agreement dated February 21, 1972, said
-~o.R.Book 199 agreement being recorded in Official Records Book; Page.~s7iof the Public
Records of St. Iucie County, Florida: AND WHEREAS, under the terms and
conditions of the agreement hereinabove descr3bed, Tropicana Products, Inc.,
to secure the payment of the said debt retained the lien upon the crops and
groves described in said agreement: AND WHFREAS, North Canal Groves, Inc.,
a Florida corporation has requested Tropicana Products, Inc. to release
the lien upon its crops and groves. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, KNQd YE THAT the said Tropicana Products, Inc.,
in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $10.00 and to the good
and valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by or.on behalf of North
Canal Groves, Inc., the receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
release from the lien and from the operation of the above-described agree-
'i . ment the real property described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto,
I and incorporated herein by reference, together with the crops therefrom.

~ The other terms, conditions and stipulations stated in said
E agreement shall remain in full force and effect, except as modified as
~ herein. This shall include, but not be limited to the obligations of North
` Canal Groves, Inc. to be liable for the indebtednesses of the individuals
and both corporations as set forth in the loan agreement first above referred
to. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to imply a release of any-
thing other than the lien on the property owned by Horth Canal Groves, Inc.
which property is described on Exhibit "A" hereto. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Tropicana Products, Inc. has caused this
release to be executed by its President and its Corporate
" Seal affixed, this 25 day of September 1972.
