hereinaiter called the rlortgagor, and

remi~e, release~ convey, assign~ and conSr~n untb the said 141ortgugee ap that certain parcel of land of which the
said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in tue couuty of St . Lucie and
State of Florida, described as follows:
The North Half of T..ot 10 and all of Lot 9, Block 11, and the
West'S feet of vacated alley adjacent on the East, FLORIANA
PARK, according to the plat recorde~ thereof in Plat Book 2, ~
paqe 7 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The mortqagor covenants and agrees that so long as this mortgage
and said note secured hereby are insured or guaranteed under the
provisions of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act, as amended, he -
' will not execute or file for record any instrtai?ent which imposes ~
a res±riction upon the sale or occupancy of the mortqaged property ~
on the basis of rar_e, color or creed. Upon any violation of this
undertaking, the mortgagee may, at its option declare the unpaid
balance of the debt secured hereby inunediately due and payable.
The mortgagor further covenants that should the Veterans Administzation
fail or refuse to issue its guaranty of the loan secured by the
mortgage under the provision of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act
of 1944, in the sum of $11.100.00 withir. sixty days frvm the date
of the loan ~ould normally become eligible for such quaranty, rhe
:nortgagee herein may, at its optian declare a21 sums secured by
this mortgage irivnediately due ar.@ payable. ~
