Together with all buiidings, +mprovements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units er cen-
trally controlleti, used t~ suppiy heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, vent~l;a'~on or
ofher services, and any other thi~g now or h~reafter therein or thereon, !he furnishing of which by lessor;
to leasees is customary or appropriate, includi~g screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, f~oor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water he~ters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physi:ally attached thereto or not); and also together with
