WITNESSETH: That Ti~hereas, the County Judge of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on the ~D~ day of September 1972, among other
things, ordered that the Party of the First Part execute and
deliver a Deed to the Party of the Second Part, ~
NOW, TI~REFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH; That the said
WILLIAM FULTON VASSAR, as Executor of the Estate of W. E. VASSAR,
deceased, in order to carry into effect the said sale so made
as aforesaid, and in pursuance of the Order of-the said Cou rt, f
in consideration of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAL~ID DOLLARS ($20,000)
paid by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is

hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has granted, ~
bargained, sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain,

sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the Party of the !
Second Part, and to his heirs, executors, administrators and ~

assigns forever, that certain parcel of land in St. Lucie County, ~
~ Florida, described as follows, to-wit:

Resubdivision of Surora Heights, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 7, at
Page 14, St. Lucie County, Florida, public '
